Privacy Policy

How personal data is processed on this website and when using the solution.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers bridgix.com.br, communications with the team and data processed to provide WhatsApp Unlimited under the Bridgix brand. For information identifying the party responsible for processing, personal data requests or privacy questions, email contact@bridgix.com.br.

2. Processing roles

Bridgix determines purposes for its own activities, such as responding to inquiries, managing business relationships and protecting the service. For contact and conversation data processed under a customer’s instructions, that customer determines the purposes and Bridgix acts as a processor, according to the context and agreement. Requests concerning a company’s customer service should also be directed to that company.

3. Data that may be processed

When you email us, you provide your email address, name and message and attachment content. The service may process account and organization data, phone numbers, contact and conversation identifiers, messages and media, group participants, settings, advertising attribution and technical records required for integration. Browsing may generate IP address, time, browser, device and access records at hosting providers.

4. Purposes

Data is used to answer requests; contract and administer the service; authenticate access; connect numbers and synchronize conversations; run customer-configured automations; provide support; investigate errors and abuse; protect systems; and comply with legal obligations. Do not send customer data, documents or credentials beyond what support needs.

5. Legal bases

Depending on purpose and context, processing relies on performance of a contract or requested pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, establishment or defense of legal claims, legitimate interests subject to assessment of data subject rights, or consent where required. The customer is responsible for determining the legal basis for communications and data entered into the solution.

6. Sharing and providers

Data may be processed by necessary hosting, infrastructure, email and, where engaged, payment providers, as well as services connected by the customer, such as its CRM and WhatsApp. Sharing should be limited to the relevant purpose. It may also occur under a legal obligation, valid order or exercise of legal rights. Information about providers relevant to your use may be requested by email.

7. International transfers

Providers and connected services may process data outside Brazil. Where applicable, processing must follow legally required transfer mechanisms and safeguards, considering the purpose and countries involved. Request information specific to your agreement through the privacy contact.

8. Retention and deletion

Data is retained as needed for the stated purposes, service delivery, customer instructions, legal obligations or defense of rights. Periods vary by data category and contract. When use ends, request guidance on export and deletion; backups and legally necessary records may follow their own retention cycles.

9. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, sharing information, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability as provided by law and withdrawal of consent. You may also challenge processing and exercise other statutory rights. Identity and authorization may be verified proportionately. Contact: contact@bridgix.com.br.

10. Cookies and this website

This website version does not install its own advertising or behavioral analytics tools and has no data collection form. The language selector uses URLs and does not require cookies. Contact links open your email application. Security, hosting and external services may generate technical records under their own policies.

11. Security and children

Technical and organizational measures appropriate to the context should protect data. No system eliminates all risks; incidents will be handled in accordance with applicable legal duties. The service is intended for organizations and individuals with legal capacity to contract, not for children. Customers must avoid inserting children’s data or sensitive data without the specific legal requirements.

12. Updates and complaints

This policy may be updated; the version date appears at the top of this page. You may contact us for clarification and, where applicable, complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority or other competent authorities. Email: contact@bridgix.com.br.
