These terms govern access to bridgix.com.br and use of WhatsApp Unlimited, presented under the Bridgix brand. For questions, requests and identification of the contracting provider, contact contact@bridgix.com.br. Commercial conditions and the provider’s identity are disclosed when contracting. By subscribing to or using the solution, you agree to these terms and the specific conditions accepted at checkout or in your agreement.
2. The service
WhatsApp Unlimited connects WhatsApp numbers to the customer’s CRM and provides customer support, instance management, group and automation features. Available features depend on the subscribed plan, permissions granted and compatibility of connected services. This website is informational; visiting it does not create a subscription.
3. Accounts, authorization and security
You must have legal capacity and authorization to represent the subscribing organization, connect numbers and access the data involved. Keep your registration information accurate, protect credentials and restrict team access to what is necessary. Report suspected misuse to support. Do not share passwords, verification codes or pairing QR codes in support requests.
4. Permitted use
Use the solution for lawful communications with recipients you have an appropriate basis to contact. Spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, infringement, bypassing security controls and processing personal data without authorization or a lawful basis are prohibited. Respect opt-out requests and the rules of connected services.
5. Customer data and responsibilities
The customer determines communication purposes, contact sources, recipients and configured automations. The customer must provide necessary privacy notices, handle data subject rights and ensure a lawful basis for processing. Do not use the solution to collect unnecessary sensitive data. Bridgix processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
WhatsApp is a Meta trademark. Bridgix is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta. Operation depends on third-party services, internet connectivity and customer devices. API changes, policies, limits, outages or account restrictions may affect features and delivery. Pairing-based connectivity does not eliminate these risks.
7. Plans, payment and trial
Prices, number allowances, features, trial duration, renewal and payment methods are those disclosed in the offer and checkout accepted by the customer. Where offered, the 7-day trial applies to the first instance subject to that offer. Unlimited messages do not authorize abuse or guarantee freedom from third-party limits. No purchases are processed on this institutional page.
8. Cancellation and suspension
To request cancellation or clarify billing and refunds, email contact@bridgix.com.br. Contract conditions and mandatory statutory rights apply, including consumer rights where applicable. Access may be restricted when necessary to contain abuse, security risks, nonpayment or legal obligations, with notice when possible and appropriate.
9. Availability and limitations
Bridgix aims to keep the solution operational but does not promise uninterrupted availability, delivery of every message or specific commercial results. Maintenance and third-party failures may occur. Customers should validate automations and retain copies of important data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
Customers retain rights to their content. Processing authorization is limited to what is necessary to perform the service and the customer’s lawful instructions. Bridgix’s own brand, software and materials remain with their respective rights holders. Third-party trademarks and materials belong to their owners.
11. Updates and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect service changes or legal requirements. The version date appears on this page. Material changes affecting customers will be communicated through available channels where required. Questions: contact@bridgix.com.br.
12. Applicable law
Brazilian law applies without excluding mandatory data protection and consumer rules applicable to the circumstances. Disputes may be referred to the legally competent authorities and courts, preserving any consumer right to a legally protected venue.
