Getting started
Install WhatsApp Unlimited from your CRM marketplace and complete the displayed authorizations. Open the integration from a sub-account. Use a number you are authorized to operate. If the app does not appear, check installation, permissions and the selected sub-account.
Connect an instance
In the integration dashboard, create or select an instance. Choose a QR code or pairing code. On your phone’s WhatsApp, open Linked devices and follow the linking instructions. Wait for connected status before testing. Pairing takes place in the application, never by email.
Test customer support
Send a message from a second number to the connected number and check that the conversation appears in the CRM. Reply in the CRM and confirm receipt on the test phone. Use test data and confirm the selected instance before sending messages to customers.
Organize your instance
Configure fixed owners, round-robin or percentage-based distribution to fit your operations. Review signatures and automatic tags, disconnection alerts, messaging channels and ad attribution. The group manager supports participants, invitations and administrators. Options depend on your plan and permissions.
Events and webhooks
Published triggers include message received, received in a group, sent, sent in a group, not delivered, instance disconnected and instance reconnected. In your CRM workflow, select the appropriate trigger and limit execution using available filters. For external instance webhooks, configure an HTTPS endpoint you control, validate incoming content and prevent duplicate effects on redelivery.
Workflow actions
Actions include sending messages, carousels, buttons, lists, polls and PIX; creating a group with a contact; adding or removing a contact; sending an invitation; assigning administrators; and custom commands. Configure the displayed action fields, select an instance where necessary and test with an internal contact. CRM execution fees may be charged separately by that platform.
If a number disconnects
Check the phone’s internet connection and Linked devices status. Review instance status in the dashboard and pair again when prompted. Do not repeatedly trigger workflows to recover a connection. WhatsApp-imposed restrictions must be handled through that service’s own channels.
Message not delivered
Check the recipient’s number, instance connection, media format and action result in the workflow. Confirm you have an appropriate basis to send the message and that the recipient has not opted out. Record the time and displayed error for investigation.
Contact support
Email contact@bridgix.com.br with a description, time and timezone, action type and a screenshot with personal data hidden. Do not send passwords, tokens, verification codes, pairing QR codes or complete customer conversations. Billing, cancellation and privacy requests may also be sent to this address.
